Private Custom Charters Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you have to cancel your scheduled cruise within 48 hours of departure time,  you’ll be charged the full charter amount minus the fuel surcharge. Charters that are cancelled due to inclement weather won't be charged a cancellation fee.  Charters that are cancelled while under way will be pro-rated.  We will do our best to reschedule whenever possible. Gratuity Policy

• Parties of up to 6, gratuity of %20 suggested
• Parties 7 or more will have an automatic %20 Gratuity added to the final charter price.

*Please plan to arrive early for an on time departure as we cannot extend charters due to our next charter guest.
